Online Advertising Solutions Ltd. is an ad network for online-video advertising running the two services SpotRails (http://www.spotrails.com) and Captain Ad (http://www.captainad.com). The company, situated in Germany’s capital Berlin, was founded in October 2007.

We are a small development team, which operates the ad server and the customer frontends needed to run state of the art video campaigns. We work distributed: a part of the team in Berlin the other part in our office in central Belgrade.

Challenge

• We search for a super RoR programmer, able to work self-consistent in a distributed team environment using agile development methods.

• Goal-orientated working style and the willingness to touch PHP code from time to time would be greatly appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Planning, development and administration of our websites
• Integration of ad servers and third party systems, e.g. payment systems

• Design and implementation in Ruby/Rails

Requirements

• University Degree in Computer Science or a closely related field
• Minimum 1 year experience in Ruby/Raily development
• Basic knowledge in UNIX and database (MySQL) administration
• Basic PHP knowledge

• Good English language skills
